Brought in to lead design across a broad remit — from brand strategy to campaign delivery — for one of Sydney's most prestigious schools during a major organisational transition. Devised and delivered Meta/Google ad campaigns; one campaign achieved an 80% increase in sign-ups, the school's most successful result to date. Directed a rebrand to reposition the school's image as more inclusive and welcoming ahead of its transition to a coed institution. Project-managed multiple high-value print projects concurrently, negotiating supplier costs and delivery timelines. Advised senior stakeholders on design strategy and workflow improvements. Own end-to-end termly content planning across digital, social, and print channels.
